Some mornings are meant for slow strolls and scenic views. Others are for serious caffeine missions. This was the latter. After a few hundred steps (yes, we’re still pretending the step counter isn’t mocking us), we stumbled into Analog Coffee in the heart of Yaletown — and let’s just say, the day immediately got better.
Analog is a Canadian-born coffee spot with just the right mix of cool vibes and serious coffee chops. Think modern interior, plenty of space to stretch out (or lean dramatically over your laptop like you’re writing a screenplay), and an outdoor patio perfect for people-watching in the chic bustle of Yaletown.
We fueled up with a cortado and a shaken espresso — because we like a little drama with our caffeine — and both were spot-on. Rich, smooth, and exactly what you want when you’ve got a long day of “exploring” (read: Googling the best place for lunch while pretending to be spontaneous).
